The person in this role will develop, coordinate and interpret key management reports and financial analyses for use within the SeamlessWeb organizations. Additionally he/she will perform analysis and data mining of customer and client transactional level data to identify trends and will own the development and maintenance of all management reporting, internal metrics and financial operating results.The ideal candidate will be able develop financial analyses and reports and that aid in effective planning and performance evaluation, as well as take a lead role in the operational planning process as related to forecast development.

Financial Analysis responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

· Mining of detailed transactional level data and correlations to gain an understanding of the key drivers of the business.

· Creating models to identify fluctuations within key business drivers and the impact on the various revenue segments.

· Reviewing and analyzing new business opportunities and developing financial models to determine economic feasibility.

· Analyzing marketing and other business initiatives' impacts on financial results.

· Providing leadership in developing and maintaining business intelligence and dashboard reporting tools. · Determining monthly projections using key business drivers.

· Financial trending and projecting of revenue segments and expenses.

· Completing monthly reporting packages which are submitted to the ARAMARK Corporate office.

· Performing monthly variance analyses to forecast.

Forecast Development responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: · Developing analyses of forecast information for inclusion in the Business and Strategic Plans. · Developing analyses and projections which will be used to complete the Annual Forecast package. · Analyzing Balance Sheets, Income Statements to develop forecast strategies. · Developing models for trends and annual budget processes. · Participating in the development of the forecast presentation to SeamlessWeb's Executive Management. Other Essential Functions · Maintaining database of all statistical information. · Reviewing and processing requests for Sales Incentive Bonuses and adjusting accruals as needed. · Preparing financial overview/update presentations to department managers and for various company meetings. · Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

This position reports to the AVP of Finance and Administration. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and be comfortable making decisions within the position's responsibility with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed for daily interactions with all SeamlessWeb employees, various support areas within the Corporate structure, and other ARAMARK Business Units. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred, and three to five years of finance experience with increasing levels of responsibility. Requires extensive experience with the Microsoft Office package, specifically a high level of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, as well as decision support tools and multi-dimensional data base solutions. Must be able to problem solve and adjust priorities with little advance notice to meet deadlines and Senior Management requests. Proficiency with PC software applications is mandatory.
